A dandelion flower to blow wishes.
The two-beat bourrée is a dance full of sentimental and amorous meanings, an almost theatrical transposition of the dynamics of approach and seduction. The dancers approach each other, touch and move away, seek and avoid each other, without ever touching.
The dandelion, or lion's tooth, is the oracle of spring. It is said that lovers gave the flower their hopes and blew them away to make them come true.
The soundtrack, composed by Julia Kent, is a contemporary bourrée based on a traditional structure.
