JAPANESE PRINTS

The gallery is distinguished by the presence of numerous original Japanese prints and ancient Japanese Ukiyo-e illustrations, dating back to the Edo period, and Shin-hanga, produced in woodcut. Among our masterpieces are original Japanese prints by Hokusai Katsushika, in black and white and colour, of which we offer the Hundred Views of Fuji series and manga sketches. Other works on sale are by Hiroshige Utagawa, Yoshida Hiroshi, Hasui Kawase, Koitsu Tsuchiya and Koson Ohara.
